Once you’ve started winning money on GLL, you’ll probably want to withdraw your winnings to your bank account. The security of your information and winnings is our primary concern, so we use a multi-stage process to keep your money safe.
Step 1 - Identity Verification Check:
Each withdrawal request needs to go through the compliance team for a mandatory Identity Verification check. This helps us protect your account, as it means no one else can withdraw your winnings. It also helps us stop users who may be trying to cheat in tournaments or events.
We use trusted third party verification providers to ensure your information is secure. Learn more about identity verification. Our team then manually verifies your account and passes your request on to the compliance team.
Step 2 - Payment Compliance Check:
After the Identity Verification is approved, we have a process which checks to make sure the transaction is not part of any fraudulent behavior. This is a legal requirement for handling international payouts, and something we take very seriously. We look for any suspicious account activity and make sure all transactions are safe and compliant.
Step 3 - Sent to your Bank Account, Credit Card:
As soon as the money has left our bank, we at GLL are not able to track it. The time it takes for you to receive your money will depend on your payment method.
Bank Account - Sending money internationally through banking takes time and could end up taking up to 4 weeks, depending on the receiving bank.
Credit Card - Sending money internationally takes time and could end up taking up to 1 week. Please note, you can only withdraw to a credit card which has been used to make a payment.
If you feel that it's taking too long for you to receive your money after we have processed it, please contact your bank. Ask if they received the money from ''G-Loot Global Esports'', they may be waiting for you to approve the deposit before they complete the process.
