If your withdrawal was declined and bounced back to your GLL wallet means that the transactions have failed or been declined manually by the payment team.
When a withdrawal has failed or been declined an email will be sent to the email address that is connected to your GLL profile informing you why the transactions were not completed.

Most common reasons for a failed withdrawal are:
- Incompleted payment details.
- Account holder name does not match the Identity Verification details.
- Withdrawal failed and was returned to us by our bank.
