If your withdrawal was declined and returned back in full to your GLL wallet means that the transactions have failed or been declined manually by the payment team.
When a withdrawal has failed or been declined an email will be sent to the email address that is connected to your GLL profile informing you what and why the transactions were not completed.
Make sure to check all of your inboxes if you have not received an email and submit a request regarding your failed withdrawal.
Most common reasons for a failed withdrawal are:
- Incompleted payment details.
- Account holder name does not match the KYC details.
- Withdrawal failed and was returned to us by our bank.
