The most common reasons for a failed withdrawal are:
- Incompleted payment details. For example if the name or card number is incorrect or if you haven’t provided all of the required information.
- The account holder name does not match the Identity Verification details. Learn more about Identity Verification.
- Your bank has refused or returned the deposit. This might be because your bank does not accept international transfers, does not accept certain currencies, or requires you to approve the deposit.
What happens if my withdrawal is declined?
If your withdrawal was declined and bounced-back to your GLL wallet, it means that the transaction has failed or has been declined manually by the payment team.
When a withdrawal has failed or been declined, you will receive an email informing you why the transactions were not completed. This will be sent to the email address attached to your GLL account.
Make sure to check all of your inboxes and, if you have not received this email, make sure to contact the customer support team and we’ll be able to give you more information.
