If you upon every login attempt to play.gll.gg receive a prompt asking you to fill in your information (pubg nickname etc), please send us the following information via a support ticket:
The email you registered on play.gll.gg
Your PUBG nickname
Your steam account URL
Any of your teams that are important/relevant for you
Please note that you can not have the same email connected to multiple accounts.
If you have multiple GLL accounts, make sure that your steam is connected to the correct GLL account. Having the steam account connected to an old account can be the reason for this error occuring.
A temporary workaround for this problem is to clear your browser cache and then log in using your email + password. Should this not solve the issue for you, please reach out to us again and we will investigate your issues further.
