To start a withdrawal request, please visit your GLL wallet. You can find the icon for this in the top right corner of the GLL site or from the Wallet tab on your profile page.
Choose your withdrawal amount
On the wallet page, you will find an overview of your current wallet balance.
Choose how much you would like to withdraw from your GLL wallet. There is a minimum and maximum withdrawal amount, which will vary depending on your wallet currency.
When you have decided how much you want to withdraw, you will be redirected to the withdrawal checkout. The first step will authorize the withdrawal request being made from your GLL wallet.
In the second step, you will have to verify your identity with one of our third-party Identity Verification providers Yoti, Verif or Sum&Substance. Using Yoti requires that you download the Yoti app and create a profile to verify your identity while using Veriff or Sum&Substance requires a webcam and will be directly done through your web browser.
We have an Identity Verification policy that we are required to follow in order to process withdrawals. This helps us know that the person making the withdrawal is who they say they are and that they are using a payment method that belongs to them personally. If the account holder and the Identity Verification details are mismatching it will be declined by the compliance team.
Choose your withdrawal method
Once a successful Identity Verification is in place you will be redirected to select a payment method.
If you are a Premium member you will be able to withdraw with the credit card that is connected to your subscription.
If you are not a premium member, you will need to choose 'BANKINTL'. This stands for International Bank Transfer, and we will send a wire transfer directly to your bank account
Make sure to fill out your payment details correctly and reach out to your bank if you have any questions regarding what information you have to provide in order to receive an international transaction.
Once you have completed the withdrawal request, your pending withdrawal is sent to our payment team for handling and processing. It will need to pass through several internal checks for compliance and fraud prevention (approximately 40 days) and then will be sent to your bank. Your bank will then complete its own processing, which may take several weeks.
