To send a withdrawal request you will have to go to your GLL wallet. Under the wallet page, you will have an overview of your current wallet balance which you made from GLL contest winnings and a field where you chose how much you want to withdraw from your wallet balance.
When you have decided which amount you want to withdraw and press the withdraw button you will be redirected to our withdrawal checkout where you in the first step will authorize the withdrawal request being made from your GLL wallet.
In the second step, you will have to verify your identity with one of our third-party KYC providers Yoti and Veriff. Using Yoti requires that you download the Yoti app and create a profile to verify your identity, and using Veriff requires a webcam and will be directly done through your web browser. Identifying yourself by going through the know-your-customer (KYC) process is something that you are obliged to do in order to make a withdrawal request. We have a KYC policy that we are required to follow, this helps us letting us know that our users are who they say they are and that they are using a payment method that belongs to them personally. If the account holder and the KYC details are mismatching it will be declined by the compliance team.
With a KYC policy in place also helps us to prevent any fraudulent actions such as money laundering.
Once a successful KYC is in place you will be redirected to select a payment method. If you are a premium member you will be able to select to withdraw with 'CREDITCARD' that is connected to your subscription and/or by 'BANKINTL' where we send an international bank wire transfer directly to your bank account. Make sure to fill out your payment details correctly and reach out to your bank if you have any questions regarding what information you will have to provide in order to receive an international transaction.
Once a payment method is selected for your withdrawal and sent away you will have a pending withdrawal that is sent to our payment central awaiting to get handled by the payment team.
Each withdrawal request needs to go through the mandatory KYC check. It usually takes up to several banking days until a withdrawal request is handled by the compliance team. After the withdrawal has been reviewed by the compliance team, been accepted and sent it will be additional banking days before the transactions are completed, this due to international transaction purposes.
